The next chapter of Force of Nature is here, in the form of a 47-page collection of art & stories celebrating fearless women—which you can read here. In its pages is a chance to have your words on one of the coveted corners of the next Force of Nature bandana, just submit a tagline!

How to Enter

1. Tell us your definition of a Force of Nature by writing on the entry form your proposed tagline that captures the theme of bold, fearless, adventure seeking, change-making women in the outdoors.

2. Snap a pic of yourself holding the completed entry form and share it with us on Facebook Instagram or Twitter. Write your tagline in the caption and use the hashtags #ForceOfNature #REIContest. Facebook entries have to be posted directly to REI’s Facebook wall (no personal timelines or newsfeeds). See rules for full details.

    The Force of Nature publication is gorgeous and inspiring. I really, really want it on paper! Is it available to buy as a physical book? I only see the link to the electronic version.

      Thanks so much for the note! We’re thrilled to hear that you love the Force of Nature publication! Unfortunately, the printed publication isn’t currently available to customers in our stores. In response to so much enthusiasm for the publication, we’re working on plans to print and distribute copies more broadly. Stay tuned!

        A printed version would be amazing. I used last year’s publication in a journal to inspire me to get outdoors…and it worked! I love the Force of Nature campaign; please keep it going!

    The publication is fab but the entry links don’t work. Clicking ‘enter’ takes me to rules and the bandana pic, but nothing on that page is live. Has the contest ended?
