Shannon is a writer and journalist living near Dayton, Ohio. Born and raised in Detroit, Shannon worked for 10 years at the Orlando Sentinel and Detroit Free Press as a sports writer. Shannon has enjoyed running since high school, participating in numerous road and trail races around the country. REI Co-op Member since 2022.
