Deanne Buck

Deanne Buck is Executive Director of the Outdoor Industries Women’s Coalition, the only national organization dedicated to workplace equity, diversity and inclusion by expanding opportunities for women in the outdoor industry. She’s spent her life outdoors since her first climbing experience in Omaha twenty years ago. She’s worked as a river raft guide, a marketing director for an outdoor specialty shop, an attorney for outdoor industry companies and an advocate for conservation of and access to treasured climbing areas. Deanne and her husband live in the foothills of the Colorado Front Range with two dogs, one cat and 40 chickens. Bio photo by: Nicole Friend.
