Kurt Gensheimer

As a freelance writer in the outdoor industry and a “trail whisperer” for the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship, Kurt Gensheimer is an advocate for shared, multi-use trails between all user groups. He works with state tourism agencies to promote mountain biking as an economic engine in struggling mountain communities. His work has appeared in magazines including BIKE, Freehub, Dirt Rag, Mountain Flyer and Adventure Sports Journal.
