Lara is a passionate environmentalist and hiker. Her feet have led her on long trails across Spain, Scotland and mountains of the U.S., and her current work has landed her in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York. Lara is happiest when she’s cooking, hiking with dogs and swimming in rivers.
