Rachel Lum is the Director of the Co-op Compass Group Program Office. Before setting up her base camp in the foothills of the Sierra, Rachel called Michigan home, with a few stints living and gallivanting abroad. Whether backpacking with her dogs, paddling the American or recovering from her adventures in an eastern Sierra hot spring—or her backyard DIY wood-fired soaking tub—Rachel spends her free time surrounded by trees, music and laughter.
