Rachel Zurer
Rachel Zurer once made her living as a writer and editor, including a five-year stint on the staff at Backpacker magazine. Then she decided she could better fund her wanderlust by using her skills to help businesses talk to customers. She’s now a copywriter and messaging strategist at Magic Words Marketing in Boulder, Colorado, and dreams of spending part of the year on a beach in Mexico. She’s also on a mission to make sure everyone knows how nice it is to bring a hot water bottle to bed while camping. REI member since 2004.
