Sen. Lisa Murkowski and Sen. Maria Cantwell

Sen. Lisa Murkowski is the first Alaskan-born senator and has served in the United States Senate since 2002. She is known in the Senate for her ability to work across the aisle on common sense solutions. Sen. Murkowski loves spending time in the Alaska outdoors. She’s an avid skier, has hiked on glaciers and goes duck hunting yearly with her family.

Maria Cantwell currently serves as a United States senator for the state of Washington. As a senior member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, and an avid hiker and climber, she has been a national leader on protecting pristine public lands, promoting cleaner energy sources and boosting outdoor recreation.
